The Day After

The holidays have gone well so far. We had a nice Christmas Eve over at my sister's house, and then Christmas Day here at our house.

Seth has impressed us most recently by gaining the ability to willfully reach out and grab our faces to give us kisses! We'll have to get some pics. It's quite heartwarming

We ended up finally picking up an HDTV last week. I've personally been waiting for several years, but it's been worth the wait. We didn't pay through the nose as the early adopters were forced to, and we got a great set that we're continually amazed by (Sony KDL40W4100). To round out our HD experience, we also picked up a Panasonic BluRay player and Wall•E on BD. It's simply stunning... I'm not sure how else to say it.

I also got my drum kit replaced for Guitar Hero IV. It had been losing sensitivity to the point where even the tuning kit that they sent to fix it wouldn't help. The new one works like a charm, so I'm hoping they worked out their manufacturing issues!

Anyway, here's a family's first Christmas photo to round out this post:
