Back in NC

Well I'm back in NC and Heather and I have decided the time is right to start trying for a baby! It's a great adventure and I'm not sure quite what to expect at each step, but that's what's going to make it interesting.
In other news, my mood about life in general has improved greatly since it's become fall here in NC. I've missed there being a nip in the air, leaves changing color, that familiar smell of summer leaving and winter coming soon.
I'll have more of a frame of reference for this statement by the end of the winter, but I think we've found a very nice middle ground between the always-warm Floridian climate and the extremes of Michigan-land.
